Cuckold-Hotwife Contract

CUCKOLD MARRIAGE CONTRACT AGREEMENT 

This contract forms a binding agreement between the two parties named below in respect to their cuckold marriage:

Hot Wife (Sarah) & Cuckold (Dale)

Without abstention both parties have, by means of performing the Cuckold Contract, agree solemnly to comply with the following set of agreements;

1. Rights of the Hot Wife:

 (1.1) The Hot Wife will have the right to have flirtations, cyber affairs, sexual relations and extra marital affairs with any person she may choose to do so with, of either sex and the Cuckold is permitted to witness any and all kissing, intimate contact and sexual activity. The Hot Wife will not be permitted to have any alone time with her Bull / Boyfriend / Lover unless the Cuckold decides to grant this privilege at his sole discretion and the Hot Wife will not challenge his decision.  

 (1.2) The number of men or women the Hot Wife has flirtations, cyber affairs, sexual relations and extra marital affairs with is at the sole discretion of the Hot Wife. Although, in the case of clauses 1.1 and 1.2 the Cuckold is entitled to express his view if he feels there is a health and safety or emotional issue at stake. Any relationship that the Hot Wife forms with another man or woman will remain primarily sexual. If there is any sign whatsoever that the bond is developing too strongly then the Cuckold has the right to call a time out for a maximum period of two weeks while this is discussed and thought about and no activity is recommenced without mutual approval.  During this period no sexual activity will take place with the Bull/Boyfriend/Lover and communication will be kept to a minimum without appearing to be rude. The contract will be reviewed after this period and if no resolution then the relationship will be ended. 

(1.3) It is agreed that all Bulls/Boyfriends/Lovers will meet the following criteria to the best of availability on the market at any point;  "A professional male of similar standing to the Cuckold Couple between the ages of 30 and 40. Race, country of origin or residence irrelevant but the clear preference of the Hot Wife would be for a European origin or Black Bull however, they should be of similar social background to the Cuckold Couple. Particular attention should to paid to the screening process for non white Bulls due to potential cultural and linguistic conflict. Must be of Western Culture and speak fluent English. The Bull must be tall, good-looking with a good body and also intelligent, refined, well presented and well mannered. Preference would be for a single man or an attached man with a consenting partner.  The Cuckold must agree that the Bull gets to know the Hot Wife and is encouraged to make her feel special. This should be achieved by text, email, telephone or face to face contact. Gifts are to be allowed. The Cuckold should not ask the potential Bull about his penis size as the Hot Wife considers this tacky, however, if information is offered by the potential Bull, or it is appropriate to the conversation, then the preference for the Hot Wife would be for a penis equal to or larger than the Cuckold's. Any submission of genital or crude pictures is considered tacky and likely to result in automatic elimination.  Ideally a discussion about health issues should take place before consummation of the relationship.

 (1.3) The Hot Wife has the ultimate and undeniable right to choose which men or women she will have sexual relations with, however, it will be the Cuckold's responsibility to procure by advertisement (the wording of which is always to be preapproved by the Hot Wife), preselection and interview any candidates on the Hot Wife's behalf and present them to her for her approval. The Hot Wife will under no circumstances involve herself in the interview process or ask any questions regarding the process or the Cuckold's technique (to include comments on language style) or to have a say in the timing of an advertisement, however, it is agreed that no advertisement will be made when the Hot Wife is actively seeing someone. A short list will be formally handed over to the Hot Wife who will then select from a list of no more than five candidates as many names as she feels necessary or may reject the whole list.  All candidates will be deemed to have been approved by the Cuckold as acceptable to him. The Hot Wife may then contact the selected candidate(s) in whatever manner she chooses. She will, however, as a rule inform the Cuckold of when the first communication will take place.  Thereafter, the Hot Wife may communicate with the candidate as she wishes but not on the Cuckold's time unless agreed. All telephone calls are to be agreed in advance and thereafter the Cuckold will give the Hot Wife space to enjoy the  exchange uninterrupted. This latter stipulation will also apply to text messaging whether in process or planned. If the Hot Wife identifies a potential Bull/Boyfriend/Lover independent of this process, then he must be put through the regular interview process administered by the Cuckold. The Cuckold is encouraged to continue searching for suitable candidates when there is no advertisement on CL in order to build a Rolodex for the Hot Wife should she require an immediate candidate. 

 (1.4) The period of the Hot Wife having sexual relations with other men and women is indefinite but is subject to review quarterly. 

 (1.5) The Hot Wife may have sexual relations with other men and women as much as she may choose and is practical within the normal / vanilla life of the Cuckold Couple. 

 (1.6) The Hot Wife may have sexual relations with other men and women whereever she may choose. It would though be the clear preference of both the Hot Wife and the Cuckold that this takes place within the marital bed, however, it is recognised that this may not always be practical or advisable especially in early stages. 

(1.7) The Hot Wife has the right to have sexual relations with more than one man and/or woman at a time or multiple partners at a time.

(1.8) All details of the flirtations, cyber affairs, sexual relations and extra marital affairs must be conveyed to the Cuckold including, but not limited to, the sharing of all communications whether written or verbal and all shared confidences in person if the Cuckold is not within hearing range.  

(1.9) The Hot Wife reserves the right to terminate the flirtations, cyber affairs, sexual relations and extra marital affairs at a time of her choosing although the Cuckold may have and express a view should there be a health and safety or emotional issue. 

(1.10) A positive attitude should be exhibited by the Cuckold for all flirtations, cyber affairs, sexual relations and extra marital affairs that he has approved. 

 (1.11) Condoms will be used in the initial stage of all sexual relations.  If there is any doubt in the effectiveness of a condom the Hot Wife will immediately seek emergency contraception. If extra marital sex becomes a lifestyle choice the Hot Wife will obtain hormonal contraceptives. 

 (1.12) It is recognised that the Hot Wife and her Bull/Boyfriend/Lover will decide at their sole discretion at what point in their relationship they will cease to use condoms and enjoy a bareback experience.  However, this must be approved by the Cuckold.  This will mean that the Hot Wife, Bull and Cuckold will be tested clean and not fluid bond with anyone else with quarterly testing suggested.

2. Duties of the Cuckold;

 (2.1) The Cuckold will consult with and take instructions from the Bull/Boyfriend/Lover to prepare all items for the Hot Wife and her Bull before their meeting. This could include taking an active role in advising the Hot Wife about clothing, lingerie, hair style and make up and assist in all preparation if the Hot Wife so wishes. Also, it will include the preparation of any sex toys that the Hot Wife and her Bull require during their experience. 

(2.2) The Cuckold will prepare the Hot Wife's genital area to the personal preferences of the Bull excluding waxing. 

 (2.3) The Cuckold will give the Hot Wife and her Bull a reasonable space to enjoy their sexual encounter unless invited by the Hot Wife to come closer/ join in / touch. 

 (2.4) The Cuckold will orally clean the Hot Wife's vagina after her Bull has finished ejaculating inside her vagina, as a right. 

 (2.5) The Cuckold has the right to kiss the Hot Wife after her Bull has ejaculated on her Tongue / CIM.

(2.6) The Cuckold will have the right to sexually reclaim his Hot Wife immediately after her Bull/Boyfriend/Lover has ejaculated regardless of the number of individual climaxes the Bull has had.

(2.7) The Cuckold has the right to develop a relationship with the Bull independent of the Hot Wife and that the Hot Wife will not interfere with any requests or duties that the Bull gives the Cuckold unless it directly affects the Hot Wife. If after a reasonable time no relationship has developed between the Cuckold and Bull, the Cuckold has the right to call a time out for the matter to be discussed and if there is no resolution then the relationship will be terminated.

(2.8) The Cuckold has the right to enjoy any act or new experience that the Bull brings to the relationship with the Hot Wife 

(2.9) The Cuckold agrees not to grumble and be petulant about any behaviour in this lifestyle but has the right to call a review of the contract at any point should an experience occur that he feels unpleasant or is placed in an uncomfortable situation. The Hot Wife is to accept this without complaint.   If review of the contract does not resolve the issue then a time out can be called. 

From time to time it may be necessary to reprimand the Cuckold for unreasonable behaviour.  The Hot Wife will give the Cuckold a period of 24 hours to either get over his huff puff or explain to the Hot Wife what the issue is and resolve. If this does not happen then either or both of the following will by employed;

3. Cuckold's Chastity Enforcement;

(3.1) The Cuckold will be locked in his chastity device which he must wear whilst at home during waking hours until he has given the Hot Wife a satisfactory explanation for his huff puff. 

(3.2) The Hot wife will hold the key to the chastity device. 

(3.3) The emergency back up keys for the chastity device will kept in the Hot Wife's bedside drawer which the Cuckold is not to touch unless in case of emergency. 

(3.4) Punishment for refusing to wear the chastity device will be no sexual intercourse for one week.

(3.5) Whilst in chastity the Cuckold will pleasure the Hot Wife in any way she requires. 

Rules;

1. First Date -

No Bull will be met by the Hot Wife without there being a reasonable belief that a relationship will follow. 

Within the first half hour of the first date the Cuckold and the Hot Wife will confirm to each other by agreed signal that their initial judgement re the Bull was correct and it is ok for the Hot Wife to proceed to the next level.  

Next level could include sitting next to the Bull, the Bull touching the Hot Wife in a manner consistent with a normal public vanilla date.  It is agreed that once the Cuckold has given his blessing, the next stage can commence or continue without him being present.

If at any point the Bull wants up to twenty minutes alone with the Hot Wife it is agreed that this is solely within the gift of the Cuckold to agree to and if granted these rules apply;

- no hands in the genital area 

- no pressure to be applied to the front of the neck 

- Hot Wife to be returned to the Cuckold in the same manner in which she left

And these rules are to be enforced by the Hot Wife.

All dates are to be arranged entirely by the Cuckold in consultation with the Hot Wife. 

2. Clubs, bars and saunas -

The Hot Wife will be encouraged to be sexy and flirtatious in public to attract potential candidates. If she is lucky in this quest then the rules as outlined above apply. 

Should a request for play be made it will be at the Hot Wife's sole discretion as to whether this is granted and how far it goes subject to the above.  It is acknowledged though that it is more likely that a contact number will be sought and a follow up date arranged. 

If the Hot Wife and her Bull/Boyfriend/Lover attend a public function with the Cuckold then the former two will be allowed to enjoy flirtations, kisses and general touch throughout and may be permitted alone time at the Cuckold's discretion on the condition that the Cuckold at no time feels marginalised. 

The aforementioned agreements will take effect from the date of the Cuckold Contract signing. All agreements are to start on this day. This contract is legal furthermore the Cuckold cannot take any legal action in a court of law against the Hot Wife for any of these agreements. If the Cuckold breaks this agreement and does not allow the Hot Wife to do all of the things that are listed he will be punished. This Cuckold Contract is agreed upon by both parties.
